ADICON's QA system utilizes the "six sigma-lean" mechanism to oversee the operation. The testing itself has close monitoring according to Westguard protocols. The pre-test quality is safeguarded by the heavily-trained logistics team. The post-test quality complains are answered customer care, which will feedback to the lab. We also establish the key quality index in all the supporting departments. Such complicated procedures have an automatic management system called Correction Action and Prevenstion Action (CAPA), which will pinpoint the responsibility in case of a quality-related complain, either internal or external. Each CAPA will end up in the performance tracking record of the related employee, as well as the performance of each lab. We have successfully use this system to keep the quality in track while the labs are quickly expanding.
